Silkie color/gender help needed!

Hi All!

I need your opinion on what color/gender my silkie teenagers are. I believe they are some type of partridge, but Id realistically like to know if they are in fact showable.

Also, I think one is a pullet (the lighter one) and one is a Cockerel (the darker one) but want your opinions

1st looks like a pullet in color and 2nd is a cockerel. They look pet quality to me, not show quality. The cockerel looks like hatchery quality. Poor foot feathering and just over all appearance.

If you are showing at a fair, they are fine.. I just wouldn't reccomend showing in the more competitive shows... unless you are just in it for fun/ the experience.
