Silkie color?

Edited to add pics. I probably need to take a picture but I just hatched some silkie chicks and I ended up with 3 that I thought were buff but now that they are dry, they are very light, almost as light as the white chicks but with a buff tint. The odd thing is they have 1 or 2 black spots on top of their head. They are not paint, I also have some paints with these new chicks but these are slightly darker. Any ideas?

I apologize for the quality of pics but you should be able to see the black on the top of their heads and the comparison between paint and these little ones.

Any guesses? Splash or Partridge?
