Mulberry is a sort of deep purple ish color.

I don't think there would be anything wrong with her. some hens have those big afros so maybe it's covering up her comb?

I don't know. Do you have any pictures? I think all chickens have combs.

My bad. She does have a comb. It's the dark purple like you all were talking about. It is under her afro, which is why I hadn't noticed it yet. See pictures below.
