This is Snowflake II. She's a black bearded silkie whose feathers are so fluffy she needs to get her facial feathers trimmed so she can see where I throw the treats.

She was rescued with her sister Chicken Cha Cha who sadly passed away. Snowflake II was sad for a time, but has since come good and risen to mid-flock pecking order royalty.

She's a year old and lays the most perfect eggs I've ever seen. The only problem is, she likes to climb to the top of the 5 foot roost to lay them...in the middle of the day. It stops her from going broody though, so that's nice
