SILKIE FEATHERING INFORMATION WANTED!!!

4, but 5 toes are dominant. Only downside with crossing a Serama is that you'd be battling squirrel tail for a loooong time. That's really hard to get out.

My chickens might be girly, but I'm NOT that bad....... yet! LOL

You could start a new trend, give chihuahuas a run for their money.

Where the tail angle is more than vertical--what breed are you wanting to silkie? If it's a breed with a low angle tail, might they balance each other (I have no idea which genes affect tail type, angle, etc.)?

No wry tail is when the tail twists to the side. Squirrel tail is like the angle that japs and seramas hold their tails: past the vertical, and back towards the head.

Well what would be a good breed to experiment with?
I am pretty much up for anything, but I would like the breed to be a standard size.
