Silkie has WHITE Toenails !!

I have another 8 week old Silkie baby that has a couple of WHITE toes nails. I know they are supposed to be black.

Now the question is....can I use her for breeding or is that going to be bad? To me she would probably be "pet" quality. To bad, she is very pretty.

These Silkies were supposed to come from show quality lines....not very quality in my book!

I will have to take photos. I thought they were to be black since their skin & feet are black. Am I wrong? Am I right?

Will take pics tomorrow in the daylight when the lighting is better.

Common Silkie experts....toenails white.....toenails black????

Sounds like it would look weird though white on black skin???
