I want to get some silkie eggs so bad right now! After reading this thread I'm missing hatching. I want to get some really nice show quality Silkie eggs. If you guys know of anyone that would sell some eggs or chickens let me know so I can join in. Just got my new incubator in the mail. The Hova Bator Genius 1588. I can't wait to use it!

Girls started laying again, so I'm collecting eggs to set next week.

I have 2 cute Silkies/Sizzles playing soccer in my 'bator right now! A splash and black or blue (I have a hard time telling them apart when they're wet). I still have 6 eggs in there that don't appear to be doing much right now. These eggs went through 2 pretty long power outages due to some bad weather. the rest hatch, or at least some of them!

Cool!! I know it's hard to resist but don't open it until they are all out! And don't worry they can survive up to 2 days on the stuff they absorbed in the egg.
