Silkie Hatch-A-Long 2015

I picked up a dozen more eggs today and have them in the incubator already. I am excited all over again : ) The three I have are at about 14 days so only a week to go! SO excited to see fluffy little Silkie faces.

I have about 12 silkie eggs in the incubator. The parents are grey partidge and a black hen, breed to a dark buff roaster. I have been getting chicks that go from pure white to solid black. Go figure! It is like a true surprise every time!

I think I'm down to 3 eggs too! 2 look to have quit. I'm on day 26 so we may get our hatches on the same day. Maybe tomorrow or definitely Thursday!! Let me know as soon as you have action! I'm candling for internal pips!! Good luck!! :hugs

That is a bummer!

I am trying to leave mine alone but I will peek for internal pips tonight!
