Silkie Hen or Roo

Splash silkie that is about 3 months old. It was raised with another that I don’t have a good pic of yet, but the other one has been chasing this one around and pecking it. Neither have crowed yet. What do you think this one is, hen or roo?

Definitely cockerel... Your other is likely male as well with the behavior you describe.

They don't earn the distinction hen or roo until one year old. Before that the technical term are cockerel and pullet. In the show arena rooster is not accepted and the term is cock. It's important when discussing behavior, health, and other things... but we still use the slang around the house.
