Yea@TwinArrowsFarmyea on baby. The two out are doing good. I've had to help all the others. One I hit vein and it died. The other 4 are doing good. 2 are out and resting and 2 partially out. All the ones I've helped were internally pipped and cheeping and extremely shrinkwrapped and dry. One runnibg around is out of paint egg and one out of white egg. I forgot to look at writing before I started on other 4 so not sure. I took pics and once all done and on regulat computer( work) I'll figure out how to get them on here I promise. This site has been so helpful. If not for it i'd probally had lost all chicks. Thank you byc.

I have lost so many eggs this hatch. Lock down day I had 11 out of 30 and now I'm pretty sure 2 have died. Not sure what went wrong. I have another one who is trying to zip I think. The other 7 haven't pipped yet and I don't really hear chirping or movement. I guess that's why they say don't count your chicks until they hatch. I'm hoping I won't have to do any assisting but I guess we'll just have to see tomorrow or Tuesday.

Ok so all done hatching with a total of 5 out of 31 eggs. 11 made it to lock down 2 unsure of so locked down anyway. Those 2 plus 2 more d.I.s. one I knicked vein helping and bled out and one didn't make it out of shell after helping. And remaining 5 running around. Done, yea!!!.

Thank you. 5 more than I figured with all the things against them. Mailed in cold and I'm first time hatcher so I truly expected none to make it. Flying on cloud nine. Still have in bator drying out will switch to brooder tomorrow. Should I put food and water in with them in the bator? I have a really shallow dish I can use and I lll put marbles in the water part so no drowning or will they be ok till tomorrow afternoon without?

That is so weird! I only got 4 out of 30. I had 11 going into lock down. We're yours shrinkwrapped?
