Silkie is sneezing

I have a 12 week old silkie. His eyes are swollen w discharge and he is sneezing and lethargic. Can I use an antibiotic? I have 3 other silkies that are ok for now

Keep the sick one away from the healthy ones if you can.

Sneezing is not usually a problem. I'm more worried about his lethargy. Is he in a dusty environment?

Can you rule out coryza?
