Silkie just hatched Wry neck

I have 1 unsexed silkie chick (purchased 11 days ago as "assorted bantam" at TSC) which was picked up by the head/neck yesterday and started having what appeared to be seizures, tucking head into breast and flapping wings every so often. I isolated it, brought it to water every 2-3 hours and fed it wheat germ. It seemed unlikely to survive the night, so I added its 3 silkie chick siblings back in to the isolation brooder/cardboard box. Who would want to die alone? This morning I'm having trouble telling which one was the injured chick.
