silkie Lost her eggs

Well, I set a silkie 4 days ago and today all the eggs was out of the nest. We gave her 5 eggs only found 2. I think when she was off the nest some other hen got in the nest. I was thinking about resetting her but block her off from the other hens this time. Well that work? Will she set on the new eggs for the 21 days?? I think we will close off under the roost for her. That way she can have her own water and food. Ideas????
