Silkie neurological problem?

I have a silkie hen that basically crawls along the ground. She has done this for awhile but not as a chick. Can it be fixed or is she just going to crawl forever? Thank you!

She is almost 7 months, no eggs yet

It has been 2 months. It has gotten worse lately though. She rarely picks her head up.

She doesn't seem to be in pain but she has always been quiet and allowing when you hold her

She also acts normal aside from crawling. Right now she is sunbathing with the others.
