Spydertoys, I am sure it will be a great comfort to your friend to know her birds are well taken care of. I hope she can have a break now and again to come visit them, and you. It will be good for her heart at this tough time.

15 adults..3 of them are Roos
* babies a couple months old, more babies in the brooder box..18 e g g s under a cochin mama.. more e g g s daily. They are laying like crazy!!

My barn is a horse barn..they are in a large horse stall. Some of them enjoy free ranging..but some will not come out at all. They did not free range at their former home.

The funny thing is that the two white Roos keep the peace in my whole barn..all the Roos are afraid of them. Even my Jersey Roo..lol..it's hilarious to watch them "double team" the other Roos.

I promised her babies when she is ready to start raising them again.

I also have an Americana with only one wing that was her pet..she will go back home when her mama can take the time to care for her again...along with a Roo that was a special favorite.

I did clean the poo off his little toes after I took the pic..lol!!

And the next one wanted no part of having his pic taken!!

nor did this one!

It probably won't show up here..but this one has the serious "mohawk" hairdo going on! Poo on his toes too!! Cleaned the cage yesterday..how DO they manage to step in all the right places..lol!!
