silkie sexing

I've not seen those type combs on silkies before...what breed are they mixed with? :)

These are my silkies. Unsure of these. Silkie 1 . Silkie 2 . And silkie 3
They probably came from a hatchery, its common for pet/hatchery quality Silkies to have an improper single comb and slight to no feathers on their legs. And, they all look pretty boyish to me...how old are they?

I think IF you have a pullet it's #2

Okay, here comes round two. I think I already know the answer to this question....boy or girl (crossing my fingers and grasping at any thread of hope it might surprise me an be a girl)? I've suspected from a very young age that I got a roo :( sHE is 8 weeks old.
I agree that looks like a rooster. Actually looking at the pictures again I may be wrong. This is a hard one! But behavior sounds rooish

I'm gonna guess you have a pair and #2 is your roo

I saw some of those at TSC this spring and was very confused. Dark skin, and silkied feathering but strait combs on most and only 4 toes if I remember.
Not true to breed at all! But I have to admit that they look pretty cool!

I think you're right. He's looking pretty rooish. Cute little guy though!
