I have a buff and white silkie, they are both 12 weeks old, I also have two 8.5 week old chicks that are the two chicks in the last picture. What do you guys think they all are?

The 2 oldest look like cockerels to me. I can't tell with the younger ones.

Please help me! I think the buff is cockerel but I'm hoping the white one isn't either. She's my favorite. What do you think? They are six weeks. Thank you!
