Ive seen hundreds of this breed and it’s a Total crapshoot. That’s why you’ll find pullets and hens are pretty expensive. They are hard to acquire. When I sell chicks I always tell buyers to buy double the amount of chicks than the number of hens they want. For example, if you want 5 hens, get 10 chicks.
