I have a Q. should all SQ birds have a beard?

to tell the truth I like PQ better, I like to see more of their faces. I don't have any yet. but I never get burnt out at looking at them.

What do you do with your extra birds you can't sell? Or if your working on a new color and the birds that don't fit what you need.
