Sorry for intruding into this thread, just wanted to post a few pics of some Buff Silkies that I hatched and raised earlier this year. Im thinking its a pair as well, so lucked out there. These guys are 10 weeks old yesterday. Hope you guys enjoy.

I finally got my website up and running. Whew!

It was a lot of work and stressful! The silkie part is small right now, but it will be growing fast!

California seems shy of Silkie breeders so I'm hoping to fill a gap in our area.

SHe is lovely, but does not look like a dark splash. Her colour is correct for splash.

She looked so dark compared to her mate, so I referred to her as dark and her mate as light.
They're only pets, so doesn't matter either way.

I never thought I would know anybody else who lives in Kern Co. I used to live in Ridgecrest, both on and off base.
