Looking for suggestions on who to purchase some silkie hatching eggs from that have the possibility of getting show-quality birds. I like the idea of getting eggs only so I don't have to worry about external disease and parasites. I am just starting out with silkies and not sure which color(s) I would like to work with, but right now would like a good mixture of well-bred birds so when I do decide to start showing, I don't need to get rid of all my birds to start over. I don't want to take a gamble on unknown-seller ebay eggs where half the time the photos of the adults are not even where the eggs are coming from. Suggestions?

Have you posted on the emergency forum?Does anyone on here know, if I just gave my silkie pullet 5 days of metro and it didn't help her sneezing, but the last one I gave her was at 5pm today, can I start her on doxycycline today or should I wait until tomorrow? Would it be too much antibiotics?
