Maybe she doesn't like those roo's? Even hen's have different tastes in men lol!So, it is still my hen won't allow roos to mate with her, and the pullet does. All the pullet eggs are fertile and all the hen eggs are not. She will NOT mate with them. Has anyone ever seen this before?? Why won't she??
Red comb is a common problem in buff. Very early to show up though. No doubt a boy.
Nothing to brag about huh? Awesome!!
Showing some great type!!
What a sweetie!
Does anyone if this is a roo or pullet?
Now that we see them in proper light, I'd say this chick is a blue.
Wow, she's looking good!
No, not really. lol Wasn't a lot of competition...again. I wish more people would bring splashes! And silkies in general! This time, once again, there were only 2 splashes. And the other splash entered was really a blue... I have no idea why the judge didn't correct that?Nothing to brag about huh? Awesome!!![]()

LOL. Well, I have 2 choices for her.. I removed the one she clearly didn't like, in hopes that she'd like the other one. nada. not yet anyways. and now she went broody, so who knows! She makes a great mom though, if I give her someone else's eggs!Maybe she doesn't like those roo's? Even hen's have different tastes in men lol!
