Well, I guess we'll see if someone corrects me now. That was how it was explained to me.

Speaking of quality, can anyone give me a recommendation on this white cockerel? I need to rehome him and I'm not sure where I should do it. Sell him locally as pet quality or try selling him here as breeder quality? He has nice toe spacing, I think. He's only about 5 months old. He's also never had a bath, so he's not as puffy as he is after it rains

PQ birds have poor or no crests, not a lot of foot feathering, 4 toes, bad combs, or other disqualification or serious defect as show by the S.O.P.

SQ brds have OK to good crests, good/OK foot feathering, all 5 toes, good walnut comb, and No DQs and as few defects as possible

BQ birds have Very good crests and foot feathering, very good or perfect combs and feet, and generally match or come very close to the S.O.P example pictures.

I think you have BQ and SQ mixed up.

This is the only kind of pics I could get of my partridge cockeral from the show yesterday. LOL He has been mad at me ever since his bath. He even started to peck at my pantsleg after that! The little turkey!! LOL

Chickens are hard to photograph to show their best qualities, but from what I can see I would say PQ. He appears to have a long back, a so-so crest and cushion and red in his comb.
