I wish you all could see how my chicks from my white hen/ blk roo are feathering in. They are the most odd colors....I can't wait for them to feather all the way in.
That's what I expected I have gotten gray chicks before from breeding black to white. These guys hatched out buff looking and are feathering in almost a lavender color.
