I would think just not to much more than one slice of it per birds but if it's for baby's I wouldn't give it to them

Can I feed them banana pieces? Or is that too sugary.
(Sorry, I ask so many questions)

You can feed them some banana, they'll probably look at it like its poison if you've never given them treats before though Just slice off a couple of rounds to get them started, and pop the rest in the fridge for later (or eat it). They shouldn't need grit for squishy things like bananas, but I'd give them some just in case.

They're in a bucket (I didn't hatch them) inside.

A bucket, like a 5 gallon bucket or like a storage tote?

like a storage tote, they have wood chips, feed and water, and a couple of sticks for them to roost on, and plenty of room to sleep.

Do they have a heat source?

no heat lamp, because they grow there wings faster and they all to keep each other warm, my silkies were cold at first but then they adjusted to the temperature and are doing great, at night everyone will huddle up and sleep together, then in the morning there as active as they can be.
