One can only hope! What makes you say that? I have 3 silkies but assumed I wouldn't know their sexes for ages

Very cute. At 3 weeks I wouldn't even hazard a guess as to sex, but there is a 50% chance that it is a pullet.![]()
Nice! Very interesting!I thought this might be interesting to someone else watching their paints grow. This girl was kind of an off white as new baby. No real black spots at all. They came on slowly and she was a month old before I was sure she was anything but a white. Some paints are born white, many are born with some paint spots but most develop more and larger spots as they grow.
I have one that is the color of the 2 and 3 month pictures. But i dont think she was supposed to be a paint, i really cant remember what the lady at the swap told me. I got it just as we were leaving and in a hurry. I dont even know her age for sure, but i guess about 2 months.I thought this might be interesting to someone else watching their paints grow.
