Thankies! These aren't actually the moms, but yes the moms are a splash showgirl, and a dark blue silkie and the sire is a splash.

Beautiful fluff balls lol. I can't say for sure but I know alot of breeders who keep several roosters at a time with no problems so I don't think they always fight. So competition or like you said trying to mate.... yikes hope you figure it out..
So pretty! Some recent pictures of some of my others![]()
Still not sure if this ones a pullet or cockerel, I think it's a pullet.
Some weird color that came from my "fun pen". It looks porcelain, but its not.
Frizzle Silkie.
My handsome fella! I need to think of a name for him!
Frizzled Silkie baby, about 8 weeks old.
Another 8 week old frizzled Silkie baby, I hope this ones a girl!
Lovely Lola.
UPDATE: That cockerel is not our only one! Just saw and heard two crowing. They're really finding their voices this week!
Thank you @jenniferlamar70. I sat with them for a bit yesterday and today and watched, and they seem okay now. The attacker is most definitely a cockerel (and seems like the alpha) as I just watched him crow very proudly for all to hear. And another just started, so maybe it's a domino effect and I'll find out who my boys are (and perhaps the injured is considered a weaker one). I'm also not trying to breed, so it presents the issue of rehoming, rather than secluding. :/
