What color are my hens

I know for sure the first one is a silver, second one I'm leaning towards a partridge of some kind and third I have no clue. Looks like a Delaware with a Silkie body and Silkie feathers.

So I've just done my first hatch! It was with silkies but it wasn't exactly successful. 6 eggs were all fertile but only one hatched. 2 others pipped but the humidity dropped over night and when I investigated... It was too late to save them. 1 was normal and just stuck. But the other one that pipped was deformed and the air cell seemed too big. The others that didn't hatch were the same.
1)what went wrong?
2) what do I do for my lone chick? I gave it a teddy bear and I show it the food and water every time I go in to check. But it cries a lot. :( I've tried looking for another week old silkie chick in my area to buy but no luck yet.
I'm in Colorado springs.

It sounds like to low humidity, if you can't find another chick a mirror may work so it thinks it has a live friend best of luck!

Go to the store & buy a cheap feather duster & put it with your chick. It works... I got 1 line silkie less than 24 hours old & the lady told me to do this; Worked like a charm. I went back 3 weeks later & got some of the siblings

Here's a picture of a grey Silkie. Grey is a whole new color and usually each one will look a little different compared to another one. They have a black head with different amounts of grey, white and black throughout their body.

Grit magazine is looking for photographs of your flock for our 2017 GRIT's Guide to Backyard Chickens. Please email your high-resolution color photo to [email protected], and include your name, address and phone number.

I`ve seen some great photos on here so I encourage you all to give this a try....My photos have made it in Grit twice and in Capper`s Farm once. If your photo is used they will send you two free issues and a check for $25.
