I'm so excited! I should have silkies chicks hatching tomorrow. I can already hear peeping!

I know for sure the first one is a silver, second one I'm leaning towards a partridge of some kind and third I have no clue. Looks like a Delaware with a Silkie body and Silkie feathers.
So I've just done my first hatch! It was with silkies but it wasn't exactly successful. 6 eggs were all fertile but only one hatched. 2 others pipped but the humidity dropped over night and when I investigated... It was too late to save them. 1 was normal and just stuck. But the other one that pipped was deformed and the air cell seemed too big. The others that didn't hatch were the same.
1)what went wrong?
2) what do I do for my lone chick? I gave it a teddy bear and I show it the food and water every time I go in to check. But it cries a lot.I've tried looking for another week old silkie chick in my area to buy but no luck yet.
I'm in Colorado springs.
