Silkie thread!

I just went back and looked at your chick, and I'd say maybe a cochin mixed in there. Post a current pic and let the guessing begin.

edited to add: OOPS! Didn't see that you posted them oops. I still think he's got cochin maybe... I have some cochin mutts that look just like that on their heads...

He's definitely silkie because of his feathering. When silkies are bred to hard feathered birds, their offspring is hard feathered. When the first generation is bred back to silkies, that offspring is then silkied. He's majority silkie at the least..
