ok here's the first chick that hatched. It's the only picture on my phone so it will have to work. It makes him look a lot lighter then he actually is. In person her looks darker.

Adorable! Great pics!I wanted to jump in and share my first silkies. I had five hatch. Three were born with a cone head, two were not. I have not named them yet. They are super chill and aren't expressing too much personality besides just "laid back". Not sure if that is just their demeanor, or if they are depressed or what. I cannot believe how CUTE they are!
I got everyone in the barn/building just before the freezing rain started!
Very cute! Well why not - her biological momma probably looks similarly fuzzy....This chick thinks my dog is her momma....it is so sweet. My dog just lets her snuggle in.
