Silkie thread!

Haven't been on here in a while! My chicks that hatched out 11 months ago, one of them I still can't tell if it is a male or female! I really think it is a male, but no crowing and no funny business. I really think it looks male in the way it stands though.

WOW they are gorgeous! So fluffy! Can I have them? haha
 
Our chicks and momma had a day out today. They weren't sure about the grass.

OK, it is a FEMALE. It squatted for me when I went to pick it up. talk about a late bloomer! LOL now I have no roosters, darn it!


actually, I have a younger one that I don't know the gender of either, but I'm pretty sure that one is a female too. apparently I only hatch out females. hmmmmm.

I actually really happy now because I was thinking it would be only for like small birds and stuff but I will definitely be paying them a visit in the future for a check up on my new hen that I got!
My vet can't stand chickens. Needless to say, not an avian vet.
