Silkie thread!

Setting out sticky bait every so often is what we do to test if we have any night rodent visitors but usually the droppings are good enough tell-tale signs. Our resident garden lizard droppings look much like rodent droppings but it's usually just one isolated dropping. With rodents they scatter their droppings in little trails or groups of 3 to 4 droppings every so often - messy disgusting critters have to scatter the stuff everywhere they go!

Ummm. I did. I tried anyway. I vent sexed her when she arrived, but that was my first time and not sure if it was correct. I didn't see any bump or anything so I think she's a girl.

It's supposed to be dangerous to the chick to vent sex bantams. That's why bantams are sold straight run. How did you manage it?

I don't vent sex them! I raise their little tail up and look at the booty! If there's a split at the top? Then it was usually a Roo!

I would say bottom 3 pullets. And top may be male. But nothing is giving it away that its a roo. Can I get a tail shot
