Do you count the day you put the eggs in the bator? It's the 20th day without counting the first day we put them in. We put then into the bator on the 5th.

So if you put them in the bator at 4 pm on the 5 th , at 4 pm on the 6 th the counter on the front of the bator would click over to 1 .

Do you have any brewers yeast, vegemite , promite, bovril or marmite? All of these products are a good source of thiamine and niacin. If you have the chick on medicated feed you need to cease that.
These products are also high in sodium so they are only a short term fix.
You can get polyvisol at the drugstore .
This product also ' fits the bill ' . It has all the goodies in it.

Need help sexing my silkie.
OK here's some pics! Still is at very bottom of pecking order and acts like a girl. Very quiet and ALWAYS getting left behind by the other chicks.
"She is about half the size of the other LF chicks ("her" fluff makes "her" look bigger).









Oops, got left behind AGAIN! Where did they go????

Sprinkle some on his feed and try to source the vitamins. Keep him inside away from the others so he doesn't get trampled or picked on.

If he is unable to drink then he is in danger of dehydration. You also have to be careful of drowning , so don't leave deep water dishes in with him. If he is eating and drinking on his own he should be fine . How old is he ?
