Silkie thread!

I'm giving her half a dropper twice a day. My vet didn't know what to give her. I told him what I needed. My normal vet was out and this was a fill in who knew nothing of birds.

I would give her a drop morning and night until you can get her drink on her own, then I would put a multi-vitamin in her water.

This article may help you with administering the prednisone and it also recommends the use of vit E.

One drop or one dropper full? Are you talking about Vit E or the Polyvisol? She can drink on her own if I'm holding her. She also ate when I held her to a cup of food. Thanks for the link.

One drop. From an eye dropper. If she is still eating it may worthwhile getting some brewers yeast and adding it to the feed. Try some soft scrambled egg, it's more palatable for them.
