You would be right the salt changes the chemistry of the egg somehow if you let it sit salted for about 15 minutes before you cook the scrambled eggs.
I did it and it made a huge difference with just egg and salt the salted one were much fluffier way better color and they stayed together well enough out of the pan to eat them with a fork! It was super cool and I will salt all my scrambled eggs from now on.


Are you soaking the eggs shelled, in salty water? Or do you mean beating the egg and adding salt and letting it sit before cooking?
 
Anyone able to assist with sex of this young one? Still quite young, around nine weeks, and VERY hard to get pics of, but hoping these are enough. Sold to me as a hen, comb very narrow and small and seems to behave like a hen. Will try to get comb pic tonight when I have someone to hold her/him for me.
