hmm I guess the only way to me sure is to breed her to a black. If you get all blue then shes a splash if you get blue or black then shes a blue. Back in the day I had some questionable Ameraucanas and this is what I did.
I'll email Bobbi and ask her about her. She definitely said she was a splash though. My daughter won't be showing her again until the fall, so I guess I have some time to figure it out.

I love how she sends out the info with the birds she sells, I think I need some tips from her on organization! Pretty sure Merlin is a split might want to double check though. I have two merlin boys and they are amazing! I had a merlin girl but my dog got her. It's a shame though because she was stunning at even 8 weeks old when I took this pic, miss her
Her half brothers are colored still very similar to this picture. I'll have to go snap a picture of Romeo to compare to your girl's color he's about 4 months old.

I just found the email my cockeral's dad is Merlin's Beard. She is the daughter of Milarky and is definitely listed as a splash. I will email Bobbi and double check though.
So I guess I am going to start working on Lemon blue silkies...I know this is going to be a VERY big project but I am up for it..LOL It was confirmed to me that my roo I always thought was black with lots of gold is a Brown red. He said he carried all the colors of a brown red genetics he suggested I breed him to my blue hen and hatch some of her eggs Luckily she began laying! So I guess we shall see how F1 chicks turn out. He suggested I breed the offspring to each other.
