this one i think is showable but dont know whats shes strong in and what she lacks

I didn't realize there were 2 seperate hens...OKAY - both hens look strong in the same departments. #1 I couldn't see her butt well... IF the cushions have come back in, are nice and solid and full of fluff - I say show the girls and just use them to learn with. Its hard to tell just from pictures how a bird is good or bad. To get a true idea you need hands on a bird to look, feel, evaluate. Go to a show and try them, talk to other people there and ask their opinions, ask them what is bad, good, etc and compare your girls in person with the other shown birds to see in person how they compare. Trust me from experience I can say you can research and look at pictures online till you go blind but nothing is as good as going to a show just as a spectator and looking at birds, going to a good breeder and shower in person and having someone show you whats good, whats bad, what to look for HANDS ON.

All wings look good on all the birds, but I would honestly classify your roo as PQ if he were my bird, sorry but I am being honest. he has too many con's to justify using him as a breeder bird. that Tail of his is #1, his lack of over all body type in my opinion, and also it looks like is comb is alittle on the redder side and he's lacking in middle toe feathering.

Are bearded silkies smaller the non bearded. i have one bearded and she is a lot amaller than the 4 non bearded.

I was told she was a porcelain, but some mentioned she looked like a blue partridge?

I'm no Silkie expert, but the beard shouldn't have anything to do with their size.

Some Silkies are just undersized/oversized.
