Hey quick question yall...I'm behind on here!
Can Christmas trees be good inside the chicken run? Or not good idea?
Our ground was saturated before all this ice and snow...now it has melted finally today and we are expecting lots of rain.
Ugh
So thought I'd see if Christmas trees might help in the run...or what yall thought.

why not? needles that fall down will help with mud as well.

If they're raised together yes. Otherwise proceed with caution. Silkies have vaulted skulls. if pecked too hard by standard birds, they can suffer from brain damage

Yes. And he can do his job with them. I have some half silkies from a silkie rooster and ameraucana hens.
