Silkies - They’re simply SPECTACULAR!

All of our chickens like getting soggy, for some reason. Maybe they like taking baths in the rain, is all I can figure.

I wouldn't mind taking actual cute fluffbutt photos, but man I am not bathing silkies. That particular cluster of photos weren't all in focus due to the lens and focusing requirements for it/lighting needed. It just seemed to capture half of the flock.

I don't bathe mine unless they're injured really bad. They'll clean themselves off pretty good. Here's a fluffy butt for you.

Yes the one named after our step son loves hopping up on my wife to take treats.. Ian is cute. I don't name chicken though. The Bad hair cuts are all mine in these photos. I do not want hawks getting to them.

Cute Satin. I name my birds, I have a few that I can't figure out what to name them.

I don't use Instagram, or any other social site, besides this.

I'll get a video today, I made them a batch of scrambled eggs for added protien. They even fly onto me when they just want to come outside. My sister will have to hold the phone for video taking.

I don't use any other social media either but having instagram will work out beneficial to me when advertising my birds.

I'm looking forward to seeing it!
