Silkies - They’re simply SPECTACULAR!

What I referring to, and I don't know why.... Was my polish. I really don't know why I haven't put them on my silkies though. I will tomorrow if it doesn't rain....

Please tell us how it goes and take some pictures, if possible, and if you do have pictures of your polish wearing them, please post them, too

Puff (mother hen who raised Easter) is broody again! So I have slipped 8 eggs under her
It is Winter here but coming up to Spring so I let her have the eggs, it has been a mild Winter with alot of rain so not many frosts or freezing nights so she should do fine.
Hopefully the eggs are fertile - they are all her eggs she is sitting on, and I don't know if Rooster or Biscuit have mated her. Hopefully one of them or she'll have to go to broody jail in a couple days if I see no development

That will be interesting if the dad can be identified from their looks

For some reason my chicks end up mostly a variety of colours so I have no idea what hen throws off what colour and Rooster has all different colours on him so who knows .. I do wish I could have hens with red leakage though
