Silkies - They’re simply SPECTACULAR!

I sold Creamy yesterday, she went to a great home as a loved pet and will be well looked after, they sent pics and messages how's she's settled in their luxury lifestyle today
(she has a red comb so I didn't want to use her for breeding)

Bitter sweet when you sell them! But so awesome that she found a good home.

These little buggers are 3 weeks old and starting to get fluffy feathers! (Wait... do the call Silkie 'feathers' feathers? Or is there a different name for the fluff?)
I've actually never really had Silkies. So these little baby ones are my first!

They are still called feathers, just silkied feathers. Little cutie you have there!

I caught Betty White in the act laying her egg today! She made a big commotion before laying it this time too! She has a favorite box and has laid all but the first egg in that box What a good chicken!
