Congrats but still a Pullet till she is a year old actually ..

I read that a pullet is female chicken that hasn't layed an egg, & a pullet becomes a hen once she starts laying eggs.

aSilkies are my favorite to watch and I use 2 eggs to equal one lg. egg. Love to just sit in the yard with them and watch them hop around. Some have a very funny waddle.I have several breeds of chickens but silkies and serams are my favorites!
