4 hatched out of the remaining 5.
So 10 hatched out of 12, 2 were DIS.
3 of these will go to their new home on Sunday.
Love having the littles around!

This is the last time- and polish eggs are so expensive!!!!!!
If these aren't fertile, I'm giving up!!!!!!!

OHHHH you will need to post pics!!! This little polish, although a male, just WOW! I put my hand in the brooder and it FLIES UP! I had the door open last night to change out the water, and it flew out just like some regular ol outdoor bird! Amazingly adorable little breed.

So you can be sure in the meanwhile that he is a little boy?

Yes keeping the little tannish colored one with the big head poof! It is just so fluffy and I suspect it may be female but I do not know for sure.
I will probably turn around and sell this one along with Yuki at some point depending on how the chicken math goes!

I'm 75% sure... but now the cochins comb popped up (vs being a straight female like comb) and i see little wattles coming in

Picked up some silkies today!!!! Of course they’re SR...

Before we had two silkies. One passed away last year. The other was getting picked on by the other chickens in the flock. This is Mochi (the current chicken in the resident flock)

And then the three chicks!
The black one:

The red or Partridge one (hard for me to tell)

And then a blue one!

They’re so tiny!
