She’s a funny little girl. Tends to wander off from the rest of the flock when “free ranging” and doing her own thing.

Thanks! She’s such a sweetheart. She’s five months old. Eko has not shown any mating interest in her yet thankfully. But she’s smart enough to snuggle next to all his fluff at night. She and Eko are the two that sleep inside the coop.Haha, so cute!
Yes!! So do I! Never gets old, I could sit and watch mother hen with newly hatched chicks for hours if I had the time! Chicken tvI know!No matter how many times I do this, it never gets old! I just love watching the little ones pop out of their shells and seeing what they look like.
I'd rather watch the chickens then actual tv!!

I let the gate open and one of the chicks explored and fell off the ramp, mother hen didn't follow, 2 other hens started pecking the little cutie so I quickly picked him up and put him back safely with mumma.. I keep the gate shut now they'll have to stay in that little space for a while longer or only open it when I'm there - Smokey hasn't been out yet even when I have opened the gate she has no interest in leaving
