So the lady also has silkie mix chicks.. mom is silkie, dad is blue birchen Marans... any idea how the size works out depending on who mom/ dad is? I'm thinking about it, but might hold off for bantam Easter eggers.

I want to have 2 silkies, and 1-2 tolbunts.. so to hedge my bets.. but not go over, im thinking maybe getting 3 or 4 of each. Im pretty good at picking cochin female chicks, so ill just get one, if i get one.. but i can only have 8 chickens total (plus 2 illegal), so i think i migjt hold out for a frizzle.

No.. i used to have 2, but i had to rehome them (to a super great backyard garden home).. at the time they were full time indoors.. but i learned silkies aren't best as house chickens, even tho it seems like they'd be perfect!
