Silky Baby

I have a silky baby that was just hatched early today or yesterday and it has very unusual colors. It has a tan body with brown and black spots. Does anybody know what it'll look like when it's grown?

Kinda but it has a lighter body (dark spots) and no yellow.

Don't care if this chick is a rooster or a hen. I have a white silky hen that would just make perfect chicks if my baby is a roo. Then again a good hen makes good chicks.

I don't have any chick food right now but I do have cracked corn. It is late so I was wondering if there was something I could mix up for the baby to eat, until tomorrow.

Don't feed just hatched chicks cracked corn. (no chicken should just be fed straight cracked corn either...it has little nutritional value) It is too hard on their system. Just pick up some starter in the morning and make sure it has water. A newly hatched chick can survive off the egg yolk for 72 hours, but buy food asap regardless.
