This little Painted Quail squeaker woke me up after hatching and looks to be a tuxedo of some kind, but I can't make out if he/she is a silver or cinnamon! :p

Is that bird seed in the brooder? I'd really stick to plain game bird feed.. With recards to color, I don't think it's cinnamon, but I also don't see the silver sheen silvers usually have.. Or maybe it's just not dry enough yet.

They had some finch mix in to peck at as I grounded up some game feed for them :p When the quails in the cage had chicks, they were eating the finch mix with the adults from day one with no issues.

As for the colour of the tux's back, it has a similar hue of a cinnamon D-factor blue faced chick, darker head and all... So she/he is gonna look pretty when older. Though to me, all my babies are pretty. X3

Here's some old pics of my 2 cinnamon D-factor bluefaced chicks as they started to pin.
