Single hen bullying other chickens

I have a tiny little Serama hen that is a huge bully. She pecks non stop and guards the food/water.

I bought her along with two other hens (that were not previously housed with her). I kept them all together for a couple of days once they got home, and during those days she would non-stop peck them and grab the back of their necks with her beak. They would cry out so I had to separate her from the other two until I introduced all three into the flock.

Is there something I can do to correct this behaviour from her? She is SO mean!

How many feeders and waterers do you have?

How much space do you have in coop and run? In the run space, do you have sufficient clutter to break line of sight and provide hiding spots? https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/a-cluttered-run.1323792/

We have one feeder and two waterers. The run is 8 feet wide by 12 feet long. I have three seramas and some silkies + one spitzhauben in there. The spitzhauben is the head of the flock but this little serama girl is a close second.

Yep, I do have places for them to hide/go around/snuggle up under in the run portion of the coop as well as the actual coop portion they sleep in.

This is the coop. (The ducks and the little pen are no longer in there, they were moved out months ago into their own enclosure.)

Add at least 1 more feeder, and place it so that clutter blocks line of sight from one feeder to another.

Doesn't have to be a full size feeder, and doesn't necessarily need to be out all day - I have 1 feeder and 4 additional food bowls in morning, when my flock is hungry and more likely to squabble over food, and then just the 1 feeder the rest of the day.
