Sitting BACKWARDS!

My EE Opal has a fun and quirky personality. She is so curious and sweet, and one of my most reliable layers, leaving me a fresh green egg almost every day. The odd thing about her is her weird habit of sitting backwards in the nest box! That’s the only way she will lay her eggs! I think it’s hilarious and I was wondering if anyone else’s hens do that

She’s a dummy, but she’s also curious and sweet. She’s also the only chicken who can remember where the door is
