It is 78° here this afternoon. I just came in from gardening and turned the A/C on and got a hot cup od coffee. Does that qualify me as a coffee lover?

, North Jersey had several inches of snow yesterday, a friend in W Pa had 3 inches of snow, and another friend in the Wilkes Barre Pa area had 6 + inches of snow yesterday.

You need yours to keep warm! We were supposed to be up to 80 today but I don't think we will quite make it. Also suppose to have thunderstorms but they have held off so far so I am getting some yard work done. Headed back out now.

that is the saddest thing ever!


But two pranks were played on me... one this morning, and one yesterday...


So... this morning I had to get up early... I saw that there was already a pot of fresh coffee COFFEEEEEEEEEE

I reached for the pot, and as I was pouring the coffee into my cup, Spouse looked over and said "you realize that it is April fools day, right?"

Luckily, for the lives of my family, that was the full extent of the prank.

Yesterday morning, I had 4 of the 5 boys get their teeth cleaned and checked for cavities (it had been 1.5 years, maybe 2 years, since the last time I had taken them in).

The eldest walks into the waiting room after his turn, I look up at him and asked him if he had any cavities.. he said 5.

He then laughed, and said zero.... however, MAN did I have a giant heart racing moment! Total heart stress test!

It is 81 now. I have also enjoyed working outside today. Even though my list isn't significantly shorter than it was this morning. The chickens have seemed to enjoy the fresh green grass. I must have them spoiled. Every time they see me they come running for a treat.
